Depending on where you live it varies. Some areas have the available divorce kits at the county clerks office, usually
costing $25 - $50 a packet. Others you can go to the local library and copy it from a book. ex "divorce with children".
You can always go to any major book store and buy a book on divorces with children. That book will have all the information
you need as well as the paperwork required to file and complete a divorce. I obtained mine via a book in the library. I just
made the copies needed and filed.
